A bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks in aggregate, from a UGC recognized university. Final year degree students, who expect to complete their final examinations and other requirements for obtaining the degree by June 30,2026, can also apply.
| Step 1: | Enter your basic credentials in the New User section to get your unique XU ID/Login ID/Username and Password by email for logging into the application form of XIM University. |
| Step 2: | In the Existing User section, login with your XU ID/ Login ID/Username and Password. Fill out the Personal Details, Education and Work Experience details, Write your Statement of Purpose (SoP), Upload your photo & signature and Submit. (You may keep ready the scanned/digital images of your photo/signature in JPEG format, in advance. The dimensions of photo may be of about 200x250 pixels, and the signature may be of about 250x125 pixels, both images within 50 kb each in size). |
| Step 3: | Pay the application fee through the Payment Gateway. (Application fee is Rs. 1800/-). |
If you have filled in the application form and paid the application fee successfully, you will receive the confirmation by email regarding the acceptance of your online application form.
Eligible candidates will be invited for a personal interview to assess their academic readiness, motivation, & suitability for the program. The interview may be conducted either in person or virtually.
The last date to fill up the application form is 31 March 2026.
